Opening of Sweet Dreams (are made of this) by Leo Xu in Shanghai on September 9th
Sweet Dreams ( are made of this) is the inaugural show of Leo Xu’s project opening in Shanghai.
The group show will present works by Liang Yuanwei, Chen Wei, Cheng Ran, Guo Hongwei, Wang Yuyang, He An, Liu Wei, Sun Xun and etc…
Located in the heart of Shanghai’s old French Concession, the LEO XU PROJECTS is the brainchild of Shanghai-based curator and writer Leo Xu. The space exhibits a dynamic program of shows and events featuring a young generation of artists from or living in China who work in a variety of media. Dedicated to new art and new ideas, the space also presents projects in collaboration with individuals including artists, architects, writers, filmmakers, as well as galleries, publishers, and institutions, etc.
Opening on September 9th, 4-7pm and running through October 30th, 2011.
